December is here and 2019 is nearing its end. However, January 1 will mark something much more significant than a new year: it will mark the beginning of a new decade, the 2020s.

As we prepare to enter 2020, let’s take a look back at the 2010s by counting down the top ten things that happened this decade, in no particular order.
