The LeFlore County Historical Society has announced its fourth annual Art Challenge for high school students.

Students may enter artwork in one of three categories: traditional medium artwork (oil, watercolors, charcoal, pastels, chalk, pen, pencil, etc.), graphic design, and photography.  Artworks may be on any theme.

Artwork must be submitted to LCHS on or before 3:00 pm April 12, 2019.  Students must be present the night of the reception, which is open to family and friends, at 6 pm on May 2, 2019.  Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at the reception.  Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place in each category as well as overall.

The art will be displayed at the LeFlore County Museum at the Hotel Lowrey.
